APPLYING TO ST. LUKE'S
Applying to St. Luke's is easy, and many of the steps can be completed online. Depending on your student's grade and the time of year you apply, your admission requirements may change. Follow the 4 simple steps below to get your decision as quickly as possible.
Applying online is secure and easy! You don't need a password, just submit the form. Applying siblings? You can add up to two students on each application. You can even upload some of the required documents directly to the application, making it even easier to get your decision. Once you've applied, an admission representative will be in touch with you to go over next steps.
The Early Decision application for 2021 will open October 1, 2020. Files must be completed by December 11 to be considered for Early Decision.
Once you've submitted your application, you can schedule your tour and admission test date. Your middle or upper school student will be our guest as he or she spends an entire day in classes with a current student.
Lower school students may also have the option to shadow. Your campus admission director will help you plan a tour or shadow that best suits your needs.
The admission director for your campus will let you know what additional documents you'll need to provide before an admission decision can be made.
All middle and upper school applicants are required to provide recent report cards or transcripts, a recommendation by the guidance counselor or principal. Standardized test scores and discipline records may also be requested during the admission process.
Once your file is complete, the Admission Review Committee will evaluate your file and notify you of the school's decision.
Early decision candidates will be notified before Christmas and space is guaranteed for an admitted student whose contract is returned during the timeline specified in the admission letter. Regular decision applicants will be notified beginning in mid-February. Waitlisted students will be removed from the waitlist as space becomes available.
